With more than 37 years of practice experience, Benjamin “Skip” Martin practices primarily in the areas of Bankruptcy Law and Immigration Law. In Bankruptcy cases he has represented both debtors and creditors, Skip has had considerable experience in handling Chapter 11 cases and other business bankruptcies and has guided clients through more than 3,000 personal bankruptcies. In addition, Skip has significant experience handling bankruptcy related appeals and assignments for benefit of creditors.
Benjamin “Skip” Martin associates with other legal professionals in the industry, maintaining active membership with the American Bankruptcy Institute and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
Skip is fully licensed to practice law in the State of Florida. He is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Florida, as well as the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, in Atlanta, Georgia.
