Eviana J. Martin

Eviana's practice focuses on Family Law and Bankruptcy. Due to her knowledge in these fields, her advice columns and articles are frequently published, and she is a regularly contributing author to the Lee County Parenting News.

Fluent in the Russian language, Eviana began her university studies as a student of International Economics in the Baltic nation of Latvia.

She earned dual Bachelors of Arts degrees, in Business Administration and in Photography, from Barry University in Miami. Eviana earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.

She served as law clerk for the Honorable Judge William T. Smith in the Family Division of the Alachua County Courts in Gainesville, Florida, and also for the Public Defender's Office of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit of Florida.

Licensed to practice law in the State of Florida, Eviana is also admitted to practice in the Federal Court for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.

She is a member of the Lee County Bar Association, and the Cape Coral Bar Association, where she is Secretary, and where her husband, Steven, is the Immediate Past President. Eviana is a member of the Family Law and Criminal Defense Sections of the Florida Bar.
