Thomas E. Shipp, Jr.

Tom Shipp has lived in Cape Coral and has practiced law in Southwest Florida since 1980.  His practice focuses on wills, trusts, estate planning and administration as well as corporate and transactional issues. Tom graduated from St. Louis University School of Law and was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 1976 and the Florida Bar in 1977. He is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar.

Tom is an active member of the community.  He is a member and past president of the Lee County Estate Planning Council and past President of the Lee County Chapter of the International Association for Financial Planning.  He has served on Executive Council of the Lee County Bar Association and is the President of the Cape Coral Bar Association.   Tom is a Director and past Chairman of the Cape Coral Chamber of Commerce. Tom is a member of the Investment Committee of the Cape Coral Community Foundation and past President of the Rotary Club Cape Coral Goldcoast.
